All items are shipped via UPS Express. Packages take 1-2 days to arrive in USA and Canada, 3 days to arrive in European countries such as U.K, France, Spain, Netherlands and Germany, 4 to 5 days to arrive in African and South American countries such as Nigeria, South Africa and Brazil.

Shipping Cost:

For Wigs,
the shipping cost to USA/Canada is $35 for 1 or 2 wigs, $45 for 3 or 4 wigs, $55 for 5 or 6 ones, so on and on.
the shipping cost to U.K, France, Netherlands, Germany, Nigeria etc is $45 for 1 or 2 wigs, $60 for 3 or 4 wigs, $75 for 5 or 6 ones, so on and on.
　

For Accessories, such as lace frontals, top closures, machine wefts, hand-tied wefts, skin wefts, bulk hairs and pre-tipped hairs
the shipping cost to USA/Canada is $35 for weight of items less than (including)500 grams, additional 500 gram is $10; The shipping cost to U.K, France, Netherlands Nigeria or Germany is $45 for weight of items less than (including) 500 grams, additional 500 gram is $15.

Shipping and Delivery Time Frame:

For Stock Wigs - We can ship immediately after receipt of payment, it takes 1-2 days to arrive in USA/Canada, 3 days to U.K, France, Netherlands or Germany.

For Custom Wigs Orders, the delivery time is as below:
Normally: 22-25 days to produce
Rush: 15 days to produce, Extra cost is $25 per wig.
Super rush: 10-12 days to produce, Extra cost of super rush is $35 per wig.

For wig Accessories, such as lace frontals, top closures, machine wefts, hand-tied wefts, skin wefts, bulk hair and pre-tipped hair, the delivery time is as below:
Normally: 15 days to produce.
Rush: 10 days to produce
　

Delivery Delays:

Please be advised the above timeframes are approximations, and may be affected by weather, postal system delays, customs clearance, etc. We are not responsible for any delays due to incorrect addresses, incomplete shipping addresses, customer not being home to sign for the package, or any other delays that may occur.

NOTE:
In order that you can receive your package securely, Normally, We ship all our packages with Sign for the requirements( you also can ask someone else to sign for the package ). We are not responsible for the delays that you can't sign for your package in time. If you don't want to sign for the package, please tell us when you placed the order.

We provide Tracking number via email. A UPS email will be automatically sent to you immediately after pakages are sent out. Please follow the delivery status of the package with it.
