Quality Control

Our Quality Control Dept., established in 2000, is under the direct control of General Manager. It has 12 professional Quality inspectors and 20% of them are engineers and technicians. The team members are all qualified and have abundant quality control experience.

      
  (I) Your order forms are translated into Chinese after receipt. To ensure that we make the       exact unit that our clients want, we may ask you some questions regarding the orders no matter however smaller the question is. After translated, the order forms will be reviewed to see whether they have  been translated correctly.

  (II) Quality control is integrated into each stage of wigs and hair pieces manufacturing process, sush as base-making, hair-dying, curling and knotting.

  (III)We inspect all wigs prior to shipping to ensure that they meet your specification and our high quality assurance standards. No defective hair products are allowed to be sent out of factory.
