Placing an order by fax or email

Simply fill out the form below and fax it to 0086 532 87220755 or email us.

How to place the custom orders?

For custom orders, you can order a wig with any lengths , textures, colors, styles, and measurements that you want.  You can also send us your favorite wigs pictures that you like your wig to be made like, we can duplicate them for you.

  You can place custom orders with the following instructions:

  1. Please download our order form here, If you can't download it, please contact us via Email,
     we will send our order form to you. you also can use your own order form if you have.

  2. Please fill out the order form carefully.
                     

  3. Send your order forms or order informations to our email, we will offer to you!

  4. Pay for your order. We currently accept Western Union, Paypal or Bank wire as payment methods. After the payment issued, please inform.

  5. We will start production immediately after receipt of payment. The delivery time is noremally 22 to 25 days.

  6. When the wigs or hair pieces are ready, we will send them out via UPS Express. A UPS email with tracking will be automatically sent to you then. You can follow the delivery status with it.

Note: For custom order of frontals, closures and wefts , you needn't to fill out the order form, you can send your detailed order informations to us via email.　

How to order the stock wigs?

  1. Select what you like from our latest stock list. Then tell us the Style No. of the stock units.

  2. You are offered the total prices.

  3.Pay for your order. We currently accept Western Union, Paypal or Bank wire as payment methods. After the payment issued, please inform.

  4. After receipt of payment, we will send packages out immediately by UPS Express overnight. You can receive the packages within 1-2 days if you reside in USA or Canada, or 2-3 days if in France, Netherland, United Kindom or Germany.

  5. After the packages sent out, a UPS email with tracking will be automatically sent to you so that you can follow the delivery status with it.

Modification of order

Requests for changes to custom orders will be accepted up to the following business day after order is placed.
